Great scan site! You're an artist, publisher and excellent TA facilitator.

Question: Not having a QP-R2 learner's permit, how would you interpret Jeff's VIDYA output in other programs? Specifically, Metastock/Equis has a VIDYA formulation that plots a variable moving average. Do you use it with other indicators such as the Chande Momentum Oscillator or by itself with a price plot? In trying to decipher his ingeniously inspired scan code, am I correct in assuming that we're looking for a break in the trading bands for two consecutive days before buy and sell signals or is one day all that's needed? As I said, the Metastock version plots a moving average and not trading bands so might a crossover translate the same? Guess I need to read the TASC article to get a grip on its nuances. But I'm sure you can explain it succinctly, as you've been its vocal promoter of late.
