Exactly. A stock doesn't just go from zero volume to 10-20 million shares a day without some sort of tip-off. This was a well staged promo to force the exercise of 24M warrants @ 0.07 and potentially get a bonus 24M exercised @ 0.25. The company needed money (working capital -$185k as of Sept 30/17) and this bought them another few years. The CEO Tim Jewell will continue to collect his $230k salary while the company burns through its cash.
