Roy, I have not seen any LS-120 (Late Start-120 weeks late) nor have I seen any marketing push from Compaq. CPQ's exec who decided to go to LS-120 must be biting his/her nail or looking for another job (hey there is an opening at Ben & Jerry's). On the serious note, can anybody confirm of the silent period imposed to any publicly traded company, i.e. no pre-announcement within a certain time-period prior to earnings report? As you know IOMG will announce Q3 results on October 17 (Thursday) after market close. KE will be on Emerald results on Oct 3 which is 2 weeks before Q3 results. If there a silent period, how will that limit his giving information about IOMG? Can anybody comment on this? Thanks. Have a Happy IOMG day (starts that way this Monday). Andre
