Today's Macron statement suggest movement which could "permit a Huaxin-like ownership" structure of French technology firms like Sequans.

I admit I have been pretty downbeat for Sequans' prospects and the recent Press Releases seemed like 'too- little-too-late'.

I have also criticized GK as lacking the ability to negotiate with market-makers.

Macron is certainly not "lacking the ability to negotiate with market-makers."

Time for more
