You would need to excercise the options to convert your INTCW into INTC common. You would also be required to pay up $41.375 per share to be converted. Your brokerage company would probably charge you $20-40 for a rights conversion fee (regardless of the number of shares). Alternatively you could sell INTCW a few days before the 3/14 date, and monetize the gain (less brokerage commisions).
