Leigh, Perhaps the recent amendment to the original filing by Tescorp to "Edgar" has something to do with the delay. Go to the Edgar website and you can read about it. As for IREG, I am extremely leery about this company because I don't believe they have viable products to compete with their competitors. edgar-online.com
