You say Mike lied about Zapara being named in the suit. The press release says he was named, now you say RMIL is unaware of that fact. RMIL said in it's SEC filing that they had not been told that the Nicaraguan facility had been sold but apparently it was sold. What constitutes a lie ? The fact that they are not informed of events does not mean the events didn't happen. I am still puzzled by that statement in the SEC filing. Is there a rational explanation for it ? How could the possibly have been unaware that the Nicargua facility no longer belonged to them? Are they contending that they were still making the payroll and shipping product ?
