Timmy, that could be the delay, but the changes were minor word changes, no substance. Har to believe that could hold anything up?
I to have concerns over IREG, but look at who their clients are--some real big boys. I think they have some real marketing and mgt problems which i believe they are addressing. Hopeful for 98.
