That could very well be but there are other factors at work as well in the case of Micron and INTC.
It might be profit taking in LRCX and AMAT... plus rotation into some losing positions from last year. I believe the others did well last year too.

Just read the article released in SA today. The "sharp knives" are out for MU and INTC
