Dale, re: Q4 numbers.

I've pored over your spread sheet the last couple of
days comparing quarter to quarter for the last 5 quarters
and also quarter last year to this.

On a historical bases from Q3,96 to Q4,96 there was a 28% increase
with that a given and a back order of somewhere around 350 mil I think your number looks close enough to me, could be even a little shy.

Q397+28%= 552,576 + Back order 123,858 = 676,434

With a 28% increase they would only fill 123,858 of the
back order to make your number, I actually expect them
to fill more of the back order than that. I remember K.E.
stating that large shipments of product were shipped at
the beginning of the quarter.
The product was inventory that had been produced in the Q3.

I've changed my mind about your estimated EPS initially thinking that you were high. I'm going to go along with your estimate of .19 with a possibly of it being a little conservative.
