Monkey see, monkey do. Copying is a fantastic human invention which has been stupendously accelerated with YouTube and Cyberspace in general. Vast knowledge is available free for copying thereby avoiding reinventing the wheel.

No longer does it all just die as telomeres fizzle out. It's fantastic. Maybe people don't have to live so long now that knowledge is freed from mortal neurons. But thinking is still needed because artificial intelligence is wishful thinking for now.

Peculiarly some people are resistant to ideas from others. There's even a name for it = NIH syndrome ie Not Invented Here.

I thought there was general lauding of dwarfs standing on each others' shoulders all the way down to giant turtles or something like that.
