Regret the typo. For (8 read 98.

INTL is not a threat. As the growth in Networking moderates, Companies with high P/E's have to increase their margins to mantain their P/E's. As INTL still has to carry Layer 2 products they are put to a disadvantage vis a vis pure Layer 3 Companies. If the strategy of the pure Layer 3 Companies, is correct, they can increase their market share at the expense of INTL.
