It also comes from the facts-all or most of the rebel activity is happening with the pipeline explosions and helicopter shootings on the helicopters attempting to fix the pipeline breaches. But, it obviously serves as a reminder as to how dangerous a potential this threat is to anybody who does business in Columbia. It is a part of life in this country and increases your operating costs, not to mention the threat of physical harm. But, from a business point of view, it increases your potential cost per barrel.
