Not they necessarily are firmly on the spectrum, but they are likely to experience similar degrees of bullying and rejection from an early age. And that is almost certainly a major factor behind the comorbid conditions of anxiety and mood disorders.

Note: by their nature, MENSA members are joiners. So they probably have better social skills than others who are more firmly on the spectrum.
