According to their roadmap wagerr is supposed to release their mainnet and testnet today, January 15th. I'm not knowledgeable on the tech involved in running a blockchain, but, I think it means - They will release to the public domain the software necessary to run a masternode. The masternodes are a bunch of servers that run the distributed network. People interested in running wagerr masternodes can download an install the software on a server with the speed, memory and connectivity specifications, and voila you're running a wagerr node. - They should release a native wagerr wallet that will run on a client, probably a PC. This will allow wagerr holders to transfer their wagerr from the wagerr website or the Waves blockchain (the two spots where wagerr now resides) to the wagerr blockchain (run by the masternodes above) and view it using the new wagerr wallet. - They should release the beta software for the betting function. I have no idea how this will work, but it probably goes on the masternodes above if the masternode operators choose to install it. I don't know who gets to play with the test code, but this is (I think) basically beta testing the betting processes. As soon as they are convinced that it will really work in the real world (after upgrade and upgrade and patch and upgrade) then the wagerr network will go live with REAL betting using the wagerr coin. The roadmap target for real betting is end of Q1. So far (I think) none of this is out, but Jan 15th is a long day and with time zones it just goes on and on and on. Lets hope something comes out before midnight in Honolulu. Sorta exciting! coino.us But if nothing happens today (certainly a possibility) it's going to be a bummer.......
