2018-01-15 @ 244-pounds . . . . OK, ready to start!

I "rewarded myself" WAY too much the last half of the week for the weight I lost the first half of the week.
SO .. last week was just practice ... I'm taking a mulligan and REALLY starting THIS week.
I learned a lot this past week about the foods (bread, beer) that really make me feel bad and bloated after eating.
I will NOT eat those foods any more .. even for pleasure .. they no longer give me pleasure.
Anyway . . a fresh start today and a renewed motivation for sticking to it!
