ROTFLMAO! Obama was the most profligate President in history. Or if we want to be more accurate, we'd say Congress under Obama was the most profligate in history. Dems had control of Congress the first two years of Obama's Presidency, so he was more accountable in those years. Either way, he presided over the greatest increase in debt and deficits in the history of the US. More than all other Presidents combined.
