No I hadn't heard of Jimmy Pattison but I just looked him up on Wikipedia. I laughed as this line jumped out at me "*in 1961, using his sales skills to persuade a Royal Bank manager to lend him eight times the branch's limit*". Obviously someone who can talk the birds out of the trees. A person with those skills usually ends up successful.
