Check my Call pricing strategy with what you learned from the short book and Ford. All I've done is invert the PB Short System pricing efforts on the long side.

Jeff

BTW, We have now had two bottom signals with one percent on volume days since the October crash. Both have failed, the latest with a clear distribution day preceding it. Until early last week, sentiment numbers were exceedingly bullish, but downticked sharply then and again toward the end of the week. We are cutting through 200 day moving averages in most indices, for the third time since the crash. Sentiment is growing more and more bearish. If we have a gap down open tomorrow and a close unchanged to higher on larger volume than Friday, we start counting for follow through. If not, and we close lower, all bets are off. 200 day moving average violations which don't rebound will spell real technical trouble and we will look for a much lower low to find a bottom.
