FTJoe, The point I'm trying to make is that Mike Kugler can't just take off his Principal Financial Securities Hat and come onto a Stock Message Board and make questionable comments about RMIL and it's shareholders. His profession is stocks. There would be no question of conflict of interest if he were making comments on a let's say a sports thread. But since this is a stock thread and he is a professional in his field of stocks, then his company may be held liable for his actions. I know one thing, if it was me I wouldn't be taking my career that lightly! Would you? It appears to me as though he has over-stepped his bounds here. If I was him I would just gracefully dissapear from this thread and try to preserve his job and career. Mike
