For some time now I've been thinking that somewhere between one quarter to one-third of the population is so mentally twisted that they'd be better off in a mental institution...or at least I will be better off keeping as far away from them as possible. I take the stat in this article as another anecdotal proof of this belief and evidence that Jews are just as prone to human problems as the rest of the population :)
