Market not overvalued given current rates.

The S&P 500 price-earnings ratio is starting to increase above 26. In the years 2000 and 2008 the ratio shot up dramatically after hitting around 26 and seemed to be a symptom of instability in the stock markets. There could be a blow-off or a melt-up in the next year. What do you think?
