Begins Reconstruction Of South Carolina Facility CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Oasis Environmental Inc today reported that it began the reconstruction of its Charleston, S.C. waste oil processing and process equipment manufacturing facility this week. After having been delayed for nearly six weeks by overly wet weather, the concrete pad and retaining basins have been poured as the first step in the construction project. The company anticipates the re-start- up of its fuel production system in approximately six to eight weeks. William D. Carraway, president, stated, "This is a significant event for Green Oasis in that we will be able to finally re-start our fuel production facility with the appropriate regulatory approvals in hand. In addition, we will begin equipment manufacturing as soon as possible in order to begin to address our two year backlog of orders as well as meeting our own needs for processing units in order to maximize the benefits of Section 29 Tax Credits to the company." Green Oasis Environmental, Inc.'s patent pending process produces synthetic organic fuels from waste oil in a closed cycle, one-step process.
