***OFF TOPIC Question***

Since I still own my Gandy on the CND OTC, and if I sell it off in 98, must I use the loss in 98 and onwards?, or can I apply it to '97 due to Gandalf's bankruptcy was in 97?

Any answers would be appreciated.
