Ok, I'm still trying to get a way to stream music from iTunes on my PC into the home stereo system.

I've never done this, so I don't know if either of these will work.

Option 1 - HDMI out on the PC to bluetooth to HDMI in on the stereo receiver.

this looks like two HDMI dongles, I put one into the HDMI slot on the PC, I put the other into the HDMI slot on the stereo, pair them up with bluetooth, and the PC dongle will broadcast music to the stereo dongle.

Does it seem like that will work? I guess I wonder how to tell the PC to send the audio output from iTunes into the PC's HDMI port - does that just happen automatically?

Option 2 - Audio out jack on the PC to a bluetooth broadcast device, and have it received by bluetooth enabled HDMI in on the stereo receiver.

This appears to be a device that will connect to the audio out jack on the PC and broadcast the music over bluetooth to whatever device can receive it:

Then I can just set a HDMI dongle to receive the bluetooth, and connect the HDMI dongle to the HDMI port on the stereo receiver.

Any idea if either of those looks like it will work, and which method seems preferable?

If anyone has suggestions for what to buy from Amazon to make the PC to stereo receiver wireless connection work (so that I can play music using iTunes on my PC, and have the sound come out of the living room stereo) I'd love to read.
