Joe and Ned,
I wanted to give Zangani the benefit of the doubt while they were our PR agency, but to be truthful, I wasn't impressed with the service they gave us either. You may recall that I had to point out to them that they didn't have a link to their Araldica page from their home page. Also, though they mailed the investors package out promptly, the material included some out of date info that I think they should have reviewed and updated, or at least recommended to Araldica that the info be updated. In addition, I never got a response from them to e-mail that I sent with some questions about Araldica. The relationship with Zangani was established while Frank Landi Sr. was President/CEO. With Frank now handling things in Europe, and Bruce Kloss our new President/CEO, I expect changes in relationships like PR, advertising and acquisitions.
Also, though it is nice to have someone from the company actually posting to this thread, it is not customary. Expecting Matthew to post news like cancelling Zangani, or to even assume that he was informed of that action puts undo responsibility on him.
Even though Matthew posted a reply to Ned that he quessed that we would have to be satisfied with him and this thread as a replacement for Adrian and Zangani, he is not in a position time-wise to take on those duties right now. I expect the company to make some arrangements in the near future to provide investor information. In the mean time, the information challange will be an important priority, one which I trust they will be able to meet. I for one on the thread will be patient and not alienate Matthew. I hope further that we can let this thread serve as an open forum for discussion among ourselves where we share info on the company that we are able to obtain. The lack of information doesn't make me conclude that my investment has no future. I believe that when things fall into place with this developmental start-up company, the share values will dwarf todays prices. |
