To answer your questions about those specific devices at Amazon:

I wouldn't touch the first one with a ten foot pole. The reviews are bad, with only a 2.6 overall rating, and 44% of reviewers giving it a 1/5. You'll also notice many of the 5-star reviews consist of one word and/or are anonymous, making them very suspect. I'm sure at least of few of them were written by the manufacturer or paid to so so. The very poor English in the description of the product is enough to keep me away. Sure, they're only $10 each, buy why take the chance?

The second TaoTronics Bluetooth device would probably work, though your PC should already have Bluetooth built-in. The TaoTronics dongle would add another transmitter externally to the PC, so perhaps that would work well or make things more complicated than necessary.

If you could let me know the brand and model number of your stereo receiver and whether it's connected to a TV or not, there are other better solutions for this that add more features. Some are even cheaper.
