I have a few questions about the logistics of you talking to your 60 black female co-workers.

Help me out with the numbers...please adjust the percentages below for accuracy.

If 40% of the black workforce is female, you have a total of 150 black co-workers.

If 20% of the workforce is black, you have a total of 750 co-workers.

When you all talk, do you get together in an auditorium?

If not all together, would you say you talk to them in 75 groups of 10 at a time?

Or 150 groups of 5 at a time?

How long is each discussion?

Who keeps the notes on which race/gender voted for which candidate?

Based on the above numbers, if you spend 10 minutes talking to 150 groups of 5 people every week, you're spending a total of 1500 minutes a week talking.

That's 25 hours. That seems like a lot.

If you spend 10 minutes talking to 75 groups of 10 people every week, you're spending 12-1/2 hours a week talking.

Is that about right?
