The only reason that i see as of today is that it just hasnt been pursued . I dont see any reason it cannot .

Keep in mind Noram is a development stage company and has been operating on limited funds. I assume it has taken everything this company has right now to keep up their part of the aggreement on the Venezuelan deal.

All of the other projects including expansion will be in a much brighter light as the company begins to receive the revenue's for this first project . I do remember in a past press release or maybe the gagel report were the company mentioned already being approcahed by other south american countries .

ARE YOU thinking maybe Texas ?? With sharp Image as our partner im sure a US VLT situation is possiable .

Im not sure it would be that much easier to manage but would be much easier to implement the machines into ACTION ,, No duties , no customs , no overseas shipping and much more investor confidence . I feel there are many waiting on the side lines that would not be if this was an american project. Bottom line i have been saying this all the way down this road . WALLSTREET loves numbers and they will come , but i do agree that some must see confirmation before investing , once this comes look OUT IMO ..
