Paul,
Apligraf per sheet is more expensive than dermagraft per sheet...this is fact, not opinion. However, whether the treatment course itself is of a different price is the issue. There is no way to compare at this time, as we would have to see exactly what was necessary for apligraf treatment of diabetic foot ulcers to do so. The same would be true for using dermagraft for venous stasis ulcers.
If you have a problem with something I state, I believe simply saying so would suffice...this is called communication. At no time was I trying to insult you with the comment you take such great offense to. The information you posted about the nylon mesh with dermagraft(only with dermagraft TC, and this is a helpful part of its function, being a temporary covering and all) is not fact or opinion, simply wrong, and this is misleading to people who desire information here.
As I said earlier, I would like to mostly take a break and simply monitor more often the next few weeks, unless there really looks to be something I have strong thoughts about. Combining facts with opinions is a useful practice here, and if you have info regarding using Apligraf or ORG in general, it is helpful for all who follow this industry, as it is for ATIS, GENZL, CHAI, LIFC, IART, and so on. If you stick with info about the company you know best and allow others here to post with their own areas of knowledge, this will be the most beneficial, and when you have opinions based on facts for any of the companies, positive or negative, I know I'll be very interested in hearing them. The purpose of these sites should be for all of us to work together for all of our benefits....it is hard enough for individual investors to get by as is.
