Good News day: VZ buys Movildata, Softbank agrees to Sequans use and R&D tech dev, EUTC takes action on impeding LTE IC developers in Europe.

On the EUTC case, you need to read several articles which each add key statements that highlight how the case is both precedential and incremental. There is more coming and Sequans investors should be very, very happy with this ruling that money used to fully disqualify access to a market is an abuse of market position - that is what is presented in case AT.40484 on Sequans behalf.

On the VZ merger, this enhances our partner and increases the potential scale of any customer order. Of course it also increases the stakes in the race to scale. But we should expect fairness in Europe versus a closed door as China and India has presented so far.

On the Softbank PR, while it isn't a product sale, the R&D tech dev results in a tool used by Softbank for all its LwM2M deployments and is consistent with and highlighting earlier Reference Standard agreements Sequans has earned indicating we are recognized Leaders in this technology. This tool will benefit all our customers and reassure their own customers the platforms and modules they develop are fully compliant with requirements. This should also enhance our standing with Sprint in USA, and Carlos Slim's MVNOs on Sprints network through America Movil and all other MVNOs on Sprints network.
