This is a powerful global bull market. There is no negativity here. World markets offer better value and are cheaper than the US market. All 25 International ETfs I track are up this year. Russia, China, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, to name a few have extremely bullish chart patterns. Investors/traders continue to pull their money out of the US and invest it overseas. Plus the Trump administration wants a lower USD for trade purposes. What negativity are you talking about?
