Patent infringement lawsuit still outstanding? Any word on the heartworm lawsuit against SBIO? In mid October, Barnes-Jewish Hospital of St. Louis filed a patent infringement lawsuit. They filed a similar one against IDEXX Labs which clobbered that stock. That suit was settled in late September.
