So.. the news folks have been waiting so many years to hear is that Sinovel was found guilty in Federal Court of stealing AMSC's proprietary software.. Created quite a turnaround from this morning's sub-$5 action and took up up to over $6.. The next step is the fine that will be involved.. It could be up to $4.8 BILLION!!! (Quadruple damages) It could ALSO become a nice "soundbite" for Trump, who just slapped tariffs on Solar products from China, providing a potential bargaining chip in favor of AMSC..
