Yep, Obama and Hillary tried appeasing Putin and as Sarah Palin predicted, he rewarded them by invading another neighboring country. Then Spanky came into office promising to lift sanctions with no quid pro quo (just be Spanky's new friend) raising Putin's hopes. Then the Senate and House voted 517-5 to take away his power to give Putin his free gift of sanctions relief. We can wait to see what Putin does in the next three years. I hope he doesn't invade a NATO country or two.
