It simply means that since Valence Technology (VLNC) declared bankruptcy and was delisted, GE is next in line. <g> The Don is absolutely right about the market though... headed significantly higher from here. But expecting a devastating correction once 3050 SPX is achieved based on an 8 year channel break target being met there.
