yo breeze ....put up a long term chart of GE.....with the count.....monthly chart back to 1990 the high of 2000 to the low of 2009 was a perfect ABC decline...(primary 2) the advance from there a clear 5 wave impulse....followed by a 78.6 5 wave decline to the 16 area (a wave 2 of one lesser degree) 3 starting.......cant count it any other way
