The repatriation tax in on everybody WITH cash over-seas weather or not you bring it back. Apple has already announced that they will pay $38 Billion... I can't wait till March 6 when Lam will host an analyst day. They will discussion what they intend to do with their $6 Billion. I'm sure the dividend and buy backs will increase, but I'll bet there will be a special dividend also.
