That they cannot abandon partisanship when the assault on a lawful election results in criminal conspiracies is a sad reflection on the level to which our public life has sunk

....yep.............our founding fathers warned us.........it doesn't matter how great a constitution we have.......our judicial system.... the courts.....our common laws..... the checks and balances built into our govt, etc. etc,.........if the people lose virtue..............all is for naught.................we seem to be way past that point.............Is there any turning back?...........I doubt it
