I recall in the newswire announcement there was a prohibition on short selling, but who knows for how long. But maybe it's a permanent prohibition too. My recollection was that the newswire made out the deal to be anything but one of those Reg-S offshore-type deals. Good luck everyone. Like I wrote earlier (maybe on AOL) the guy has got to get off his can and do some deals. Talking about doing deals makes the stock impossible to value. If Lilly values it at 12, then that makes it easier for others to follow. DMC
