Pugs,

I have no evidence of Mike asking anyone to sell and given your past history of treating truth like a moving target, I must cast doubt on it.

As for being worried for shareholders, we're (Nays) the ones who were our here taking issue with the hype being generated by yourself and Riley. Telling us the merger was already completed. That the $10 million in financing would be here no later than the 1st of December.... and on and on...

If it hadn't been for Naysayers you would not know that this company had been misrepresenting its garment activities or that the merger had not been completed. OR that the amount of financing was now $5 million, not $10 million.

If you guys were stupid enough to gamble your money on RMIL, that's your problem. However, you were and continue to attempt to convince others that RMIL was/is a credible and going concern. All the naysayers have done is show you that the "Emperor had/has no clothes".

And the company has confirmed it in their 8K.

While you may not appreciate it, many others are obviously grateful for Mike Kugler's efforts, as well as the other Nays spending their cash and treasure looking for the truth. Hell, I bet even some of your own cartel/cavalry membership are secretly grateful to see the truth finally being unraveled.

Waiting for Mike to post those court case #'s tomorrow.

Regards,

Ron
