Well, the news has been public about 13 years. Amos, has always told investors of his past bankruptcy. I have known about it since I followed the company in 1993. It has been public knowledge--check the filings.

The fact that a CEO has gone bankrupt is a major positive, provided
he/she has learned their lesson, IMO.

If you are unhappy, then sell your shares at once, go short even. Or better yet use your brain.

Ask Taglich Brothers why they can't cover the stock. Some say just too stupid or lazy or both. Another positive. about 95% of their recommendations go into the graveyard.

ACRT has been too much like a whisper stock. Let it get back to
fundamentals.
