Too bad Jubak got the specs all wrong. The Compaq emphatically does not have a 6.5G drive or a DVD-ROM. compaq.com Has anyone noticed you can get a similar deal from HP, but with Intel Inside? It's my opinion that HP got preferential pricing to expand the segment zero market, a deal that was withheld from Compaq because of her cheating heart. This wouldn't be the first time Intel has had to resort to kicking Compaq around a little to make them toe the line.
