The outer boroughs of NYC are truly integrated, not only ethnically speaking, but financially speaking as well. It is not unusual to have wealthy, upper middle income, middle income and lower middle income, living on the same block. I know this for a fact because I own a 2 family home in Whitestone, NY (which is 2 miles from Bayside), where my brother, middle son and wife live and that is the case there.

Bayside is a Republican area basically because there are a lot of Koreans who live in the area and they are primarily Republican.

I don't think Bernie Sander's political philosophy is "designed to crush the upper middle income."

If single payer universal healthcare is "designed to crush the rich", so be it. I am a humanist first and foremost and believe in human decency and don't live my life in strict accordance with rigid, inflexible ideas.
