Shades,

If that was the case, why wouldn't RMCW just take the money and become a private water bottling concern?? As I understand it the money is being given to RMCW, not RMIL. So why do they need to consumate a deal with a tainted company and a management that may or may not be found culpable of attempts to manipulate their stock and misrepresent their operational status.

There are plenty of shell companies out there to reverse merge into that don't have nearly the baggage that this one now has.
