Somewhat true and fair enough but I thought it was important enough to post since it was bearish articles like it that helped many see the coming housing crash potential. And there are many areas now that have higher housing prices than the peak in 2005-6. I have no interested in current housing plays, much like I have no interest in other things like BitCoin. The risks are very much non zero IMO. Futures risks are high enough for my taste.
