The drop in life expectancy happened long before the ACA so if a market solution worked you have to explain why the sick couldn't get insurance or why people who got sick could be thrown off of insurance. The market does not work when it comes to health care, at least not in the US.

Since you don't provide any evidence to support your claim/beliefs I'm not sure why you argue this. Without facts what is there?

When you attack government spending you also know Medicare works very well. Without it, nearly every elderly person in the country would go bankrupt and bankrupt their children in the process.
