None brought by Mork, can you find one?

I haven't looked. Even if I looked and didn't find one, I wouldn't assume there wasn't one and then call someone a liar who says there is one.

Ask yourself which of the following phrases would make you look the least foolish:

"I can't find one. Can you prove there is one?"

or

"You lie! There isn't one!"

Personally, I consider Mork/Zapara to be somewhat of a side issue here. Granted, I don't think I believe Mork 100% (my opinion, only), but it's also evident the company is not to be believed, and I think that's more important. Since there's talk of a short position numbering far greater than 100k, I'm not too concerned about that 100k.

If the situation came about as Mork maintains, it would look highly suspicious if he didn't sue Zapara.

about as valid as Magellans' press release!!!

Or a typical OLPV/OVIS/RMIL press release, for that matter. But that's for the SEC to decide.....
