No updates yet. I think that he may be getting someone (maybe pre-arranged) to buy the resources outright (for peanuts) and use the money for administrative expenses (his salary) and dissolve the company. The new owner (a buddy) would then go through the steps needed (non confrontational and with a suitable amount of grease) to get the project approved. Just my thoughts.
