I recall Bob saying "there is very little downside potential"..which means the market could rebound at any time, and you just have to risk missing the bottom if you wait longer.

What BB is saying, and I think you are confused about, is that IF the market falls to 7400 or below, the more attractive it becomes. Sort of like building pressure. If the market does fall to 7400 or even below 7000, the rebound will be even greater. From what I am hearing Bob sees the market rebounding soon..from about the 7500 level to the 8800 level by summer. But if the market dives to below 7000, the rebound should be past Dow 9000.

I hope I am not misstating the facts, but that is my intrepretation of what is going on.
